Working on another test knit- some fingerless gloves with a really awesome stitch pattern. I thought they would be way too big for me, but they are only going to be slightly too big! Hooray! They are so cute and cozy though, I can’t wait to finish them, then start another pair!

More work on the Honey Cowl at our meet up today… I know it’ll look awesome once it’s done, but it’s starting to become a bit of a boring knit.

Taking a little break from the never-ending Honey Cowl, and testing out a cute little headband pattern!

Things to knit for the next two months, in which I attempt to not purchase any yarn…
So, some ideas to keep me busy for the next few months!
First, finish up three work in progress projects- Pogona, Knotted Openwork Scarf, and Honey Cowl!
Then, start working on a worsted weight Beekeeper’s Quilt, using up all those bits of yarn I have, and knit some cute socks with the tons of purple fingering weight I have… Oh, and the Lucy Hat, using up some leftover Madtosh Vintage!
I also have a ton of Tosh Merino Light, so I want to knit up a stripy top, maybe $5 in Paris, and if I have enough left over (and I’m sure I will), a tiny Mr. Fox Stole My Heart. And finally, I think it’s time for a felted project, and these Duffers look so cozy!
Today was really hard, too much temptation…

Trying out stranded knitting! Oh, how my hands hurt, but this is very satisfying to work on ♥

Working on a knotted openwork scarf in Shibui’s new laceweight yarn, Cima ♥ It’s a lovely yarn, I am really enjoying working with it!

I always feel bad when my blog or Tumblrs are too quiet for too long! I’ve been busy between work and sewing for Dragon*Con, and prepping for Alchemy later this month, I just haven’t really had a lot of time to sit and knit! The house has to be cleaned, too, at some point…
Making good progress on my leg warmers though, almost finished the first one over the weekend… Hopefully I’ll be able to power-knit my way through the second one, and be finished in time for fall! My goal at least is for the end of September… We’ll see if it happens ;)

Work in Progress Report! Complete with Hipstergram photos, because I am too lazy to pull out a proper camera and fire up a real photo editing program :)

Pogona steadily grows, but even a single row is starting to become rather time consuming. But how can I complain while working with such wonderful, soft yarn?

Trippy Hippy Window Kitty is starting to take shape! I can’t wait to finish, so I can start making more… Imagine, an entire army of tiny Window Kitties…

Kusha Kusha continues to languish is it’s basket, hoping that one day I’ll find the interest to knit a million more rows of stockinette. One day, my love… one day.
